As a Managing Director of ICARO
Holding, Andreas supports ICARO mandates in market-facing and
general business management activities. His focus areas are product
management and sales.
Following his graduation in economics
in 1988 at the University of Heidelberg, Andreas joined SAP in
Walldorf, Germany, where he was one of the original development
managers for the SAP HCM module. Further roles included
responsibility for SAP's time management and gross payroll
development. He became a sales-manager for SAP-HCM with additional
responsibility for HCM related marketing activities, like organizing
and delivering the biggest SAP-HCM fair held so far in 1997. Andreas
published many articles in IT- and HR-journals and was a demanded
adviser for many German and Pan-European SAP-customers.
Andreas joined ICARO and ACOLA in
1997 and co-found ICARO Americas, the first companies who established
a LAN-based floor-data-collection business in North America. After
selling parts of the business, Andreas joined BKC, which later became
Pecaso, in 1999 and helped the company to build a footstep to the
North-American SAP-market.
Andreas created the
SAP-add-on-products business for Pecaso and could successfully build
and market innovative software products like Clone&Test,
TheAuditor, CostPlanner and many others.
After Accenture acquired Pecaso,
Andreas was responsible for the HCM product-business at Accenture
until spring 2010, when he finally left Accenture.
Over the
years, Andreas could build a base of more than 2.500 product sales at
1.200 customers in more than 25 countries, co-leading a team of 100+
developers, consultants and product managers.
At ICARO Holding, Andreas is
currently engaged as member of the management team of MHM Systemhaus,
a niche provider of tailor-made talent management solutions, and
ICARO Software.
